A: Yes! However, while all of the pieces I offer are food, microwave and dishwasher safe I highly recommend hand washing handmade pieces to ensure they last as long as possible!

A: Because everything is handmade, all pieces will not look exactly the same or there might be some slight imperfections. I encourage you to embrace these as part of a uniquely made piece. 

A: Please allow 2-4 business days to receive it (dependent on how far I would need to ship). This includes packing, boxing & postage.

A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because this is a small batch business, there are only a limited number of pieces made per drop. If your order arrived damaged, we can review your damage claim on a case by case basis. Please email psst.la.ceramica@gmail.com with pictures and details 24hrs upon delivery.

A: Not at this time. Any current custom work seen was likely a personal gift for a family/friend.
